2018 Annual Meeting and Barn Tour

The 2018 Annual Barn Tour of the Historic Barn and Farm Foundation will be held in Centre County on June 8-9, 2018.

Mail completed Registration Form, and Waiver with check payable to: HBFF of PA, c/o Priscilla deLeon, HBFF Vice President, 2140 Saucon Avenue, Bethlehem PA 18015.

Not a 2018 member of HBFF? Include dues as a new member on the registration form. [Deadline: May 1, 2018 space is limited]

Sponsorship, Silent Auction, & Volunteer Information

[ ] I will donate _____________________________ for the Silent Auction. Please drop off donation items early on Friday when you check in or before 4pm. Questions, please contact Yvonne Ramsey-LeFevre by email: ryivvi@aol.com or call 215-872-5309.

[ ] I would like to volunteer for this event. Volunteer Opportunities are available for Friday for registration and silent auction, and on Saturday for registration.

[ ] I want to sponsor this event. Sponsorship Opportunities are available at 3 levels. $150. $250, and $500. (Deadline for sponsorships is April 30)

Sponsorships are available at three levels:

$150 Level Sponsors receive membership, 1/8 page display in tour booklet, two booklets mailed if not attending.

$250 Level Sponsors receive membership, ¼ page display, two booklets mailed if not attending, and two day registration admission (2 Fri, or 2 Sat, or 1 Fri & 1 Sat)

$500 Level Sponsors get membership, ½ page display, two booklets, 4 day registration (any combination) and a small notice in the following Forebay Post.
